Much better than using small cans that eventually get moldy and go bad. This seems to last forever, has never gone bad, and is perfect for a tablespoon here and two tablespoons there.

This stuff delivers on the claim it's super concentrated. A little goes a long way and the squeeze tube is a lot more convenient than oprning can of paste. Oh, and the taste is excellent.

If you use tomato paste, then you know how frustrating it is to open a small can but then not use the entire thing. This paste comes in a convenient toothpaste type tube that allows you to measure out exactly what you need and save the rest. This particular product is from Italy and provides a great intense tomato flavor. We've used it for several things including stews, sauces and for roasting beef bones to make stock. Great product.
