These things are pricey, no doubt, but they look great when assembled. I did order the extra wrench, but found that it came with something else in the kit. The one ordered was longer and better quality so I kept it. No problems with assembly. Saw one review that said the posts bent when they were tightening the wire rails. Not sure how that is possible unless they didn't attach the hand rail first. With no hand rail to hold it all together it absolutely won't work. I made my handrail out of a long scrap piece of the butcher block countertop so it would match.

This ridiculously overpriced hardware does not work with the bevelled washer (CR60) from Mutaza. With the width of the wahser, there is simply not enough bolt travel to give the cable adequate tension. Instructions provided are only in the form of animated online video. I regret this purchase so much.

These are NOT STRONG. I suggest getting the ones that crimp. These ones have little screws that barely hold the wire down. With very modest pressure - the wire falls out of the fastener

My review was contingent on how the customer service responded to me. I had a few defected pieces in the tensioner end of this very expensive system. I originally asked Amazon for replacement items, so I can complete the job. The tensioner was not machined well to catch the set crew to tighten the cable. I needed four additional tensioners to replace the defected ones. The problem is shown in the picture attached. The set screws were not tightening which weakens the structural integrity of the cable system. Amazon didn’t understand the issue and wanted to charge me for the new replacement. After many back and forth with them they send me a another set that was NOT the right tensioner. I ended up contacting Muzata’s customer service, they were great! They understood the system and immediately shipped the right items.I will give the overall system 4/5. The final project looks great, but expensive. You also have to do a lot of research to put together the right assembly for your specific project. I have included our final project here.
