Wouldn't buy again bought 5 and 3 broken1 came broken zip

This product is described as extra large on Amazon. I acknowledge that a single dimension measure is also included, but in my long experience of buying travel luggage, I have an idea of what I and many other people understand to be extra large even without relying entirely on a single dimension. When it arrived I was first surprised to see how small the packaging was. Upon opening the carton, I found the luggage box to be of a size that is even questionable to describe as large. This box can be more accurately described as medium. Otherwise it is a fine piece with a study and clean design. I had the option to return the box and buy another, but the refund would take up to 7 working days and I needed to travel8 urgently. So in the end I just had to squeeze my stuff in as much as I could.On the same day I ordered this item, I also ordered extra large boxes from another brand; they arrived the same day. I have attached a picture showing this item (brown) and a white box (extra large from another company). I think the difference is clear. My purpose for this review is to make others understand that this may be a very unusually small measurement of extra large and they should be aware when buying.

It's can hold alot of stuff it has 2 compartments which I like and is lightweight it's easy to manoeuvre around and push with 4 wheels the colour is lovely. The tsa lock is easy to change if you want to seems to be sturdy enough I can't say for sure because I haven't flown with it yet, but overall very happy with it

I chose this company & product going purely on gut instinct. First Class no hassle delivery...Very smart looking design...lovely colour ( Expresso)...Nice & lightweight,they appear to be fit for purpose (time will tell). Quality product at a great price. 4/5 stars given in all honestly because I felt the telescopic handles are not as sturdy as I thought they would be. Purchased for business trip involving train travel, wanted something sturdy, on wheels but lightweight due to my joint problems.This did the job, but a little smaller than I anticipated, I was away for 4 nights and it was a struggle fitting everything in & I am a fairly light traveller.Marked down as zip does not appear to be that sturdy, it’s not broken after two uses but I am not optimistic that it will last long. I would not feel comfortable putting this in checked luggage on a plane.

Is exactly what I was looking for. AMAZING quality and the color is beautiful (I bought the Grape one). Is a smart suitcase as it comes with it own safe you insert 2 zips tops in 2 holes at the side of the suitcase and you just have to choose the secret number you want and thats it. I have never seen anything like that and its really nice. I am moving to my new house and I really needed a huge suitcase, I purchase the bigger one and all my clothes fits in there!! Unbelievable!!! It arrived at time and with no damage at all. Really good seller and products, will buy again 100% sure.
