Brilliant
Amazing. Put batteries in and worked straight away after months of struggling with our old remote. Reasonable price and quick delivery.

Quality of product
Despite purchasing a replacement remote from a different supplier I was disappointed to find that the make and model is exactly the same as 3 such remotes that I had bought in the last 18 months each of which failed within 6 months due to the poor quality of manufacture. Clearly these are all being sourced from the same supplier in China where the manufacturing quality is poor. In particular the springs holding in the batteries are too weak to hold the batteries well enough to provide good electrical contact. I have had to add foam to the battery compartment in order to keep the batteries held sufficiently to make electrical contact.

It did what it was supposed to do and replaced without any trouble, the one that had broken

I can now turn my TV on and off!
Original was temperamental - particularly turning TV on and off. This replacement doesn't feel quite so solid, but works great.

Value for money
At the moment works fine, didn't have to tune to the TV just point and go, seems good value for money. Time will tell.

Good but not quite as good as the original Panasonic
Fast delivery. Works well apart from a tendency for the on/off button to stick down, catching under the casing, if pressed down hard. Not a problem once you know.
