Overall I'm happy with my Keystep 37. It does it's job and works with my devices, though some required a bit of configuration, not totally surprised by that. The keys have noticeable noise and I can hear springs moving and clicks when it bottoms out. The features are limited but useful, however I've had issues using the sequencer and arpeggiator both due to complexity and compatibility therein.I'd buy it again if I had it to do over.

This is a great mini keyboard from Arturia that works well as a midi controller with Free VSTs , and Fruity Loops. You can download a limited version of Analog Labs and explore so many amazing vintage synth sounds. It is actually a playable instrument- not a toy, now I can play and compose music anywhere...

Everything I've tried on the KeyStep works perfectly with Ableton: note velocity, mod wheel, pitch bend, arpeggiator, sequencer... It all just works. The keys are small but otherwise feel great. You can easily get accustomed to it as a performance instrument. For $130 it's a great deal. I bought one to go under each of my displays since they fit perfectly on the stands. Best MIDI keyboard I've ever owned.
