Worked better than I expected, and it was a very close match to what I used it for.

I had bought another brand, but it was too thin and brittle. I checked the specks, and it was 0.3 mm thick. I returned it and saw this one at 0.6 mm, so I purchased it. BUT THIS IS NOT MELAMINE. It's a sort of plastic or vinyl. It melts and deformes when you iron it, and it does not look good. I.'ll return this too and go to Home Depot for something for adequate.

Bought the edge banding to edge 3/4 inch plywood. Thought this would be a good product, but it was just ok.I would never use this stuff for something I was staining or presenting as a finished piece, as a painted piece it is ok, but not great.First, splinters. I got a few splinters installing this stuff but nothing real major.The long roll is not a solid roll, but it is spliced together and the splices are very noticable.This worked out because I am painting the final piece, but if I were staining it, the splices would really stand out.The adhesion seemes to be really good.Overall it is an OK banding.

Used to trim an old mirror, set the iron slightly higher than normal and the trim adhered quickly. A little stain to match the cabinet plus some clear-coat and the results look professional. Very pleased!

this edging does not seem to be white oak. More like grain of red oak. There are ridges across it i have to sand down to make it smooth. Thinner than other brands I have used. At least it ironed on ok. I would have returned it but trying to get a project done. Wont buy again.
