Was looking for some decor lighting for the patio. Wasn't sure I wanted to go the flicker flame route. But these looked promising. So I grabbed a set. From day one, these have become my favorite lights on the patio. The flame is realistic, and the lights themselves are holding up very nicely (no rust, no issues). I liked these lights so much, I grabbed a set for my Sister in Law, who also loves her favorite lights. Well worth the money spent...

Ordered a pair of these, one worked, the other didnt, unless it was upside down! Ordered another pair as it was easier that trying to get a replacement.

The TomCare Solar Lantern have a cylindrical core that provides a LED-based flame effect.They are large format and well made. The panels offer visibility to the core which doesn't look as good during daylight house but looks just fine at night.I'm happy with the performance. They put out 25 lumens. The sides of the housing are plastic, so no worries about accidental breakage.Overall, these are a good choice for solar flame lanterns.

The four stake ones are cool, but these are wicked awesome! They actually put out more light that I would have imagined! I love how they really "flame" and look so cool at night. The finish on these lanterns makes them fit in just about anywhere. I think the burnished bronze frames are lovely. I have them hanging just beyond the bottom step of my porch and they lend an air of elegance to that space. Definitely get these for your backyard or even for your front yard!

We put these in the middle of our huge amount of Halloween lights outside on our front yard and were a bit perplexed as to why they did not come on. Putting my hand over the top of the solar would cause them to come on, which led me to believe, hey it's too much light here, let's move them. Well sure enough, moved them a little bit away from all of our Halloween lights and they came right on and WOW they look AMAZING!! So don't hesitate to get these if you're thinking about it, they look extremely awesome and also look like a real fire which is cool. Just be aware if they don't come on that you need to put them where they have a little more darkness. A MUST BUY! DO IT!

We have these out on our deck and they look great. The lighting offers excellent ambience when we sit out there at night. They work right out of the box, after absorbing light for a few minutes. We hung them out when they arrived and when night came, they lit up beautifully-- the lights flickering like fire does.Recommended. We use these types of lanterns over the string lights we use. I have about 7 or 8 hooks hung up across the railing on one wall of the deck, and we have these and a similar lantern hanging on the hooks. they look gorgeous, and we like the fake flame!Recommended.

These planters are AWESOME! I love the design and the realistic flickering flame. The solar charge is wonderful and lasts long into the night, even when the day was cloudy. This is a really wonderful set and I have many envious neighbors : )

I have a pair of Tiki Torches that flicker like a real torch and wanted to add a couple more lights. I found these Carriage Lantern shaped ones that are solar powered like my torches. They are made of rust resistant metal and look like aged copper. The light looks like a pillar candle and operates with a simple on/off press button switch on the bottom. The have a hook for hanging or can be simply put on the ground. If you have a bay widow, these would work perfectly as they would get enough sunlight. The instruction sheet is written with a graphic so you know what is what and how things operate.

The media could not be loaded.  These solar lantern lights are awesome, and here is why.These lanterns are a perfect size with a great design. They are solar-powered and turn on via a button below the lantern. What makes them so incredible is the flickering LED Flame.It just really looks great! I used these lanterns as part of my Halloween decorating, and I can't say enough how happy I am with them.I highly recommend them, and they are well worth the price for such quality lanterns. Therefore I rate this product five out of five stars.

I've had several tomcare solar lights and almost all of them were this dancing flame look on the inside. This was a slightly different shaped Lantern so I thought I would give it a try and it works just as well as my others. I highly recommend Tom care brand for these - before I moved I had many that we're going on 2 and 3 years and still working strong.
