Yesker Stripper Pole Extension Pole 9.8 inch Dance Pole Diameter 45mm

I've purchased this twice.This is my second time buying it because I threw away the first one, like a year and a half ago. Anyways, I was excited to get it. It came faster than expected. However my ceiling is too high. I messaged them asking if they could sell me an extension, and they said that they don't sell extensions and I'd have to buy a whole new set in order for me to use it. I understand I guess. I should've measured the height before buying it. But it was just annoying. This is the second apartment that I've lived in it was too short for. The most annoying part though is they keep saying that they'll try to help me with anything that I needed....like I need an extension! Lol.I ended up buying one for a different brand, that hopefully fits. After you read my review for the first time I got it, you're going to be like "you should've learned your lesson" blah blah blah, but I got it a second time because it is cheap, and I'm honestly just hoping this one works better than the one I got last time.You really do get what you pay for.The first time was a few years ago. It was too short then, but I was so impatient to use it that I just put it somewhere that was not the most convenient. It was really confusing to assemble at first. Anyways, the pole was working great for a short amount of time. BUT not too long after installing it started to get loose, wiggly, and crooked. I'd say it happened after just a few days to a week. I had to tighten it often. It never fell on me. It was pretty sturdy once it was tightened.. at least for a bit.A few months later I was moving to a different apartment, so I had to take it down. It was almost impossible to take it down. I told my self that I would probably have to get it sawed down. I had multiple people try. It's weird that it was so hard to take down because it was getting loose all the time. I'm not sure how, but my boyfriend and his friends were able to after trying to a while.I was reluctant to put it back up in my new apartment because of how hard it was to take down, but I did anyways.I had the same problems I did before, except now the spin mode was not working at all. I did everything I was supposed to right. I don't know if it just got rusty or what, but I had it for about a year. It's not like I used it everyday - probably only once or twice a week. I honestly just stopped using it then, but couldn't take it down so just left it up until I had to move again. I ended up just throwing it out.

The product has a beveled edge on one side. Different than the smooth edged attachments that perfectly fit together. This one doesn’t exactly match those. It’s functional but not the exact match I was seeking.

Poorly crafted and dangerous, the threads were covered with needles and it cut through my hand by just touching it

The media could not be loaded.  I bought a mega brand pole in 2016 and most ceilings are perfect fit but I just moved and needed an extension for the tall ceiling .This one does not screw all the way in which doesn’t feel safe for me . I didn’t expect it to fit perfectly but it’s really too loose for my comfort on a high pole .
