Doesn't clean well and blacks steam from the mop
This product doesn't perform as advertised. It blocks steam from the mop and leave floors dirty (due to lack of sufficient steam) and leaves streaks on the floor. I state this because when I use pads provided by Shark, the they don't block the steam and clean the floors nicely and leave them clean and shiny.

Perfect fit.
It's my first time ordering from this seller and it was a seemless experience.The product was shipped promptly and was exactly as described. I enjoy having the option of multiple pad usage as I have a lot of tile floor cover and feel the floor is even cleaner switching out the pads multiple times.although it isn't necessary.I love my shark smart mop and purchase of the the extra replacement pads.I use them often and so easy to use.
