are these good for death/thrash metal?

You should drive death metal perfectly.

Anyone know if these are "G" or "F" spaced? 48-50mm compared to 53mm? Thanks!

These are standard ("G") spaced, about 1-15/16" from E to E on center. We have this set with the F spaced bridge if that is what you need.

Does this come with a wiring diagram?

I can't remember if it did or not, however because there are several ways to wire two humbuckers, you can find wiring diagrams online pretty easy. I chose to put these pickups in a Les Paul, and wired them the same as the old pickups came out of the guitar.

does it come with everything?

It doesn't come with pots...at least mine didn't
