No, GeoSmart pieces are not compatible with Magnetiles pieces.

Q: Has anyone had issues with the motor not working? My son just got this as a gift and after the adults trying to get it to work, it does nothing,

We initially thought the same thing. The motor would run, but the wheels wouldn't turn. It turned out that we really had to push the wheels into the motor hard, they clicked in place, and now it works great.
