You call that a knife? That's a knife!
I needed a new everyday kitchen knife and had $27.74 worth credit to spend. With tax and shipping this was the only knife that equalled the credit exactly. That being said. Love the knife. Size is perfect. It's sharp. It's German steel. Cuts fruits, vegetables, and meats easily. It's edge is staying sharp and it looks great!

Great kitchen knife
The ergonomics on the handle are fantastic. I have L to XL hands and wife has S to M and both have a good experience with the handles for this line of knives. I wish there was a tactical/outdoor version of knives with this style handle.Great for anyone with arthritis too.Sharp out of the box and easy to keep and edge on.

Heavy handle.
Good design and very sharp. Wish the weight distribution was a little more even, but great for the price. Not the best knife if you have larger hands as the handle is shorter. Better suited for small to medium hands.

It is used every time we prepare a meal!
We ordered this knife on 29 Dec 2021 and have used it all this time since. There are no downsides to this beautiful chefs knife. It is our go to kitchen tool. It takes a surgical edge easily and maintains the edge for a few weeks with just a couple of strokes on a honing steel before use. It is then once again prepared to continue do your will every time. This has been and will continue to be a pleasure to use.

Very good knife for not a lot of money.
I bought this to replace a 6" chef's knife I had and used almost daily for 30 years. I had to replace it because the handle cracked.I decided to get this knife because I have a 4in pairing knife from Tuo that I've had for a year now, and I like it quite a bit.So I got the 6in chefs knife today and used it while making dinner, and it was exactly what I imagined it would be.Having said that, it's not quite as good as a true top-tier chefs knife that you would pay $100+ for. There are certain small details that someone with experience might pick up on, but I paid about $30 for this, and I think I got more than my money's worth, so I am very happy with my purchase.

favorite of the series
I started by buying the Osprey Utility knife just to see if I liked the feel and quality. I did!! After that I picked and chose the knives I wanted from either the Osprey series or the Phoenix. The Osprey Kiritsuke is the last one I purchased and is my favorite. It is an awesome slicer and chopper and very sharp!Make no mistake, these aren't Chef Ramsey quality, but they are VERY good knives for the money and for good home use.

Great knives
To start off I own a few tuo knives. I wanted a pairing knife so I decided to try out the osprey series. It's similar to the fiery series except it uses a different color of Handle. The knife is very nice, it's great quality and hefty for a pairing knife. It arrived in a alright box (not as nice as other tuo series) knife was very sharp out of the box and works as to be expected. Easy to handle and maneuver this knife will not disappoint. The only reason I would dock a point is the tuo printing on the blade. I find it takes away from the overall experience, however tuo does this on all knives but because the blade is much smaller it stands out to me more. The handle profile is also much different but still very comfortable. I've attached pics of the tuo fiery 5 inch utility knife to compare.

Amazing knife
Sadly I have already dented the front of my knife because honestly I've used this knife for absolutely everything for the past year. It is one of the best most versatile knives I've ever had in my entire life and I believe I purchased it for under $30. An absolutely amazing product I highly recommend it I most likely am going to have to try to find something similar on sale in the new future but this thing can do everything

Remarkably decent quality for the price.
I am a knife snob, except I don't like the idea of spending hundreds of dollars on something that my kids might destroy. I bought this one to replace a similar one that had gone missing from my knife block. This little slicemeister is large enough for my giant meaty hands to use on smaller items where a large chef's knife would be inappropriate. The handle is real wood and has just the right texture to stay grippy even when slathered in fatty juice from hacking up a slab of animal muscle. DO NOT put this in your dishwasher, or leave it soaking in funky sink-water because it will eventually result in cracking or general failure of the wood handle. The steel seems legit - it hasn't stained from accidentally leaving it overnight with lemon juice and salt on it, so I figure it's pretty stainless. I suppose if you left it in a pile of wet metal of other dishes, you might get some electrochemical corrosion going on, but after several months ours is still holding up. And yes, it holds its edge quite nicely, and hasn't required anything more than some mild honing. So yeah, I say give'r nuts. She be great value.
