Yes, the title is tongue-in-cheek. But we all want to be skinny. I don't believe in sauna suits or sweating out the weight, but my buddy who plays rugby swears by it. And it's cold as heck outside - thirty-something degrees. At a minimum, I figured this would keep me warm while I run. And if I sweat off a gallon while doing so and lose weight, it's a bonus.Well, a week in and I still don't know about the long-term weight prospects. I have lost a pound while running, but weight fluctuates day to day anyway. It does keep me warm in the freezing arctic tundra that is NYC this time of year, which is enough to justify the cost. The fit is spot-on - I ordered a large and it fits like a U.S. large. If you want skin-tight, like a girdle, go a size down.

I just recently bought this compression shirt shape wear body shaper tops for men, black. the material is spandex/ nylon breathable to skin. Its snugly compresses your body especially on my tummy part. I used it for my workout and it feels cool even i am working out. It looks great also when you wear it outdoor. The price is comparable to expensive brand and in my opinion this is more sturdy and will last for a long use. It would be nice if they have assorted color to choose. I highly recommend it to everybody like to wear a comfortable compression shirt for every day use and or working out , running exercises. Definitely , will buy it again . worth for the money!

This thing is awesome and even though it’s only been around 2 weeks since I started to use it I can already feel the vest not beIng so tight on me like it was when I first got it. It Smids take a little getting use to but now it’s not bad at all. I also like the fact it doesn’t stink, just hang it up to dry, and when you go back to use it smells like neoprene!

I got the M. It fits my body just right. When I put it on exercise, it made me sweat like crazy. If you want to lose weight,this sweat sauna suit is perfect for you.

This is a great waist trainer vest. It is the second one I get and I felt like I was loosing all the liquids I have in my body quicker them I have ever done. Fells way comfortable and, since it has a zíper, it is super easy to wear. I am very satisfied with it.

I am 188lbs, 6' 2", and I bought the Large, it's perfect fit. This vest is perfect for my home gym workouts! It made me sweat a lot in the gym, works as I expected. Definitely recommend!

Nice product and great value. It keeps me warm on cold New England runs and makes me sweat during workouts. I'm looking forward to using it for swimming in the chilly Gulf of Maine this spring (when a full wetsuit is too much). Resulta que cuando llegó me lo probé y me ajustó bien pero justo cuando me lo quité quedaron como si le hubiera salido estrías a la tela, imagine que era porque por primera vez me lo había puesto y no le di importancia pero cuando llegó el día de usarla por primera vez en el gimnasio solo estuve en la caminadora 1 hora ¡Caminando ni siquiera corrí! y cuando terminé y me la quité noté que se había roto. No se si me llegó defectuosa o realmente no resiste porque la verdad tampoco es que me apretara en exceso por eso no se porque pasó. Si cumple su cometido porque sudé mucho pero se rompio en la primera usada.
