I was looking for a brass serving tray with which I could serve up a couple of Brass Monkey cocktails (for our "brass" wedding anniversary). While the Brass Monkey will never top either one of our "favorite cocktails" list, this brass tray is another story. It is a thick, rugged, solid, high-quality serving tray, and the plated brass finish is beautifully done. I can't find a single flaw with it. [Time will tell whether the finish holds up or not.] It's small (I purchased the 7.9" tray), but it's exactly what I wanted; and gravy for me, my wife loves it! I don't know what her long-term plan for the tray is, but it is currently sitting beneath a vase containing the bouquet of roses I also gave her for our anniversary. It's a nice-looking, yet practical serving tray. Note: I keep calling this a "serving" tray, but I see nowhere in the description where it says it is made with food grade materials... so "serving" in the context of this review means beverages. Otherwise, as the second bullet at the top of this product page says, it's a "decorative" tray. Either way, we like it.

It was nice, but I thought it would be bigger. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but it was cute. I still used it in my bathroom.
