Very small, the holes in the poles for the glider are not drilled straight with top holes so it puts glider in a twisted position.

Great sturdy swing set for small children
We love this swing set. It was very easy to assemble and I'm a 62 year old Nana. I can't stand so we had to assemble it on it's side then tipped it upright. Took the best part of the day but under those conditions, it wasn't bad. All the pieces and hardware were present and the instructions were clear. They even included a couple of tools that were needed. It has an 80 lb. weight limit so it's for younger kids. Mine is a five year old grandson that I'm raising and I needed something for him to play on while I was recovering from surgery and not able to make our regular daily park trips. This definitely fit the bill and will last us afterwards also. The only thing I have to point out is that the anchors aren't the screw into the ground type. They're flat and would be used for securing the legs in concrete. That was my misunderstanding though, nothing on the company part. I recommend the swingset.
