UPDATE 5/27/2019Seller has now contacted me six times. Every time it is like the first time he has heard about the problem, telling me he will make it right, either a replacement or refund. EVERY TIME I reply telling him replacement. Then silence, I don't hear back from him until he contacts me again, making the same offer. He only focus seems to be getting me to change this feedback. Not gonna happen.The seller, VANON, is clearly a disreputable seller doing everything they can not to honor their warranty. AVOID THIS SELLER AND HIS PRODUCTS. I will never order from him again and neither should you.UPDATE 5/2/2019:Sellers response: "Sorry, you have passed the warranty period."What total garbage. Their description says, "12-month guarantee against manufacturer defects". Tjis battery failed within the 12 month period, I reported the failure to them within the 12 month period, how can you say it "passed the warranty period?ORIGINAL:This battery died within the one year warranty period stated in the seller's description. This battery will not charge on either my slow charger or my Porter Cable fast charger. It is DEAD. Also please note the melting at the connectors. This battery was not harshly used. I have three others, different brands, and have had no issues with them.I have reached out through Amazon to the seller. We will see if they make things right. If so, I will update this review appropriately.
