This cheese has a great flavor, melts easily, and good to cook with.

The package does say mild, but this cheese has no almost no flavor. I bought it to use in a gratin and added a lot of Parmesan for flavor.

cheese seemed dry and will expire too soon-frquent problem with Amazon foods
